CHANGE REQUEST
All changes to a customer’s account must be made in writing to the Utility Department. Changes include:
· Change of mailing address (not billing address)
· Adding or removing a person to/from the account (stipulations apply)
Please complete the “Change Request” and provide a copy of your driver’s license. Return both items it by fax to 512 259-2665 or in person to the Utilities office. |
