DISCONNECTING SERVICE
To request your service be disconnected, complete the “Disconnect Service Form” and provide a copy of your driver’s license. Return both items by fax (512 259-2665) or in person to the Utility office.
We must receive your completed and signed form in order for the disconnection to take place. NO VERBAL REQUESTS ARE PERMITTED. The earliest a disconnection can occur will be effective the following business day.
Your final bill will consist of your current usage, any outstanding balances minus your deposit.
For commercial services, you must contact Clawson Disposal to stop the garbage disposal service @ 512 259-1709.
***Any unauthorized tampering with the water equipment may result in additional fees and is subject to criminal prosecution. ***
